Your mindfulness controls the brightness of the candle. da Vinci’s Candle is a Play Attention app that helps it users’ minds to stay present and avoid distractions or wandering thoughts. As a result, they are better able to notice when their minds start to wander and bring their attention back to the present moment. Additionally, by tracking their progress and monitoring their performance, users can gain insight into their own patterns of mindfulness and attention. This can help them identify areas where they need to improve and develop strategies for staying more mindful in daily life. This also assists Play Attention users to develop greater resilience and emotional regulation.

- You must own Play Attention to purchase as it utilizes the BodyWave technology. It is a stand alone program and will not be in your Play Attention main menu.
