Lotus is a mindfulness app that places us in a mindful state as we watch a yoga demonstration and lotus flower adrift in a small pool. You’ll use Play Attention’s BodyWave armband to achieve your mindful state to open the lotus flower petal by petal. If you lose your mindfulness, the lotus petal you are opening will slowly close. Regain mindfulness and the lotus will continue to open. As you master mindfulness you can move from the bronze to silver and gold stages of challenge. Relax, Breathe, and Become More Mindful.

- You must own Play Attention to purchase as it utilizes the BodyWave technology. It is a stand alone program and will not be in your Play Attention main menu.
